Resolution, Recoveries and Disputes

Trish has spent over 14 years acting for banks and financial institutions in all areas of banking disputes including secured and unsecured recoveries both in the business and retail spaces.

She has handled numerous distressed situations over a broad range of industries and is experienced in advising on a range of risk and exposure minimisation strategies, including restructuring advice, alternative dispute resolution channels and enforcement action.

Trish is a qualified insolvency specialist and has acted on all aspects of corporate and personal insolvency situations including liquidations, bankruptcies, receiverships and administrations. She has also undertaken three secondments working in-house with two major banks in a range of roles including roles in the consumer finance space, small business asset realisations and policy governance.

Clients appreciate Trish's hands-on, commercial approach and deep understanding of the financial services industry and regulatory environment that she has gained from working both in the private sector and in house for many years.

Representing a major bank in sensitive litigation involving a group of entities that owned and operated numerous vineyards. This included strategically advising the bank in relation to the matter prior to the commencement of proceedings through to achieving settlement.
