Samantha was admitted to practice in 2020 and since then has worked exclusively in insurance litigation and dispute resolution.

She principally acts for the Victorian WorkCover Authority, its authorised insurers and employers in a range of matters including serious injury applications, common law and statutory benefits claims and damages proceedings. She also acts on behalf of the Transport Accident Commission and self-insured clients in both pre-litigated and litigated claims and proceedings. She has experience in physical (including dust diseases) and complex psychiatric conditions, as well as managing multi-defendant actions.

Samantha is also experienced in public liability claims (pre-litigated and litigated) including historical/institutional abuse, in addition to coronial inquests.  

Beyond managing her own extensive file load, Samantha enjoys pro-bono work and liaising closely with colleagues and mentors on their own proceedings.
