Matthew is an experienced property lawyer who practices in a diverse range of property law, with a strong focus on commercial and retail leasing, development and infrastructure projects and renewable energy.

He regularly advises a range of clients including vendors, purchasers, landlords, tenants, developers and State government departments.

Matthew has experience in advising on property related due diligence, the acquisition and disposal of commercial property and commercial and retail leasing, including the preparation of related documentation with varying levels of complexity such as contracts for sale, agreements for lease, leases, easements, encumbrances, land divisions and caveats.
